Leads coming into your Thulo Cloud CRM from various sources, such as Facebook, Google, and events, don’t all require the same level of attention. To address this, we’ve developed the Lead Scoring Module. This tool allows you to assign scores to your leads based on specific criteria, ensuring you focus on the most promising ones.
If you have an ideal customer profile—such as leads from a particular city, those with specific titles like "Dr.," or leads with business email addresses—you can use the flexible Lead Scoring Criteria to filter and prioritize your leads. This enables you to target the most valuable prospects efficiently.
Features
Customizable Criteria:Define scoring criteria based on various lead fields such as Name, City, Address, etc.
Flexible Operators:Utilize 14 operators to apply both string and numeric conditions. For example, check if the Address contains specific text, starts with, ends with, or is empty.
Custom Fields:Create criteria for custom lead fields, including array/multiple select fields.
Score Calculation:Apply criteria to your lead records to calculate lead scores automatically.
Automatic Updates:Scores are calculated automatically for new leads.
Score Breakdown:View a detailed breakdown of scores and the criteria applied to each lead.
Sorting:Order leads based on their scores in ascending or descending order on the Leads Table.
Analytics:Gain insights and analyze your lead scores based on the defined criteria.
Since criteria are applied to all your leads, viewing only the score in the leads table might not be sufficient. We’ve included a feature to see a detailed breakdown of which criteria match specific leads.
